The official 3x3 GRIT webshop offers exclusive event gear through a pre-order system, with on- & off-court items for the August 2026 edition.

❓ What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means you place your order before the product is in stock. At 24elevate, all orders go into production only after the webshop's closing date. This allows us to process and produce everything in one efficient run.
🛒 How long is the webshop open?
From 23 August through 31 August 2026. Ordering is only possible during this period.
⏳ What is the exact deadline?
The webshop closes on 31 August 2026 at 23:59. After this time, no orders can be placed, changed, or cancelled.
📬 When will I receive my order?
Production starts once the webshop closes. Reversibles are delivered within 3-4 weeks after the webshop closes. Once your items are ready, they will be shipped directly to the address you provided at checkout. You'll receive a shipping confirmation from 24elevate once your order is on its way.
🔁 Can I change or cancel my order?
Once the webshop closes, products go into production immediately. Please double-check your order carefully before completing checkout.
↩️ Can I return my order?
Because some of these items (reversibles) are personalised, they cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

Yes. All items are custom-made and produced to order after the pre-order period ends. That's why it's important to order carefully.
